By simply uploading your digital audio files securely to our encrypted servers via the client section on this site, you can choose to have your files transcribed within 24, 48, or 72 hours, allowing you to not only concentrate on your core issues but also save money in the process.

All our agents have gone through a rigorous training programme prior to carrying out any live work and even our most experienced agents have their work checked by our stringent quality checks. So confident of our quality standards, all our work is covered by our Service Level Agreement (SLA), which offers our "money where our mouth is" guarantee, which basically means should we fail to deliver on time or fail to meet the agreed quality standards we will face financial penalties and let's face it we can all shout about our quality assurance programme but how many other companies are prepared to offer a guarantee of this level?
