Prior to starting a project, we will create a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Within the SLA, we will outline the levels of quality we will produce, together with a guaranteed delivery schedule. Should we fail to meet these guarantees, we will action the penalties laid out in the SLA.

For addresses we use QAS PAF software to generate and validate addresses. In addition we set up each application as a unique bespoke project and therefore where possible we will code our formats to include additional validation checks.

We have our own driver and also use City Link couriers.

In terms of keystrokes, we can capture in excess of 20 million keystrokes per week. An average week may see us capture 150000 coupons, 20000 exam forms, 40000 invoices.

Yes, we can handle most languages but specialise in English and French.

No we never physically send documents offshore but as we have a facility in Mauritius, we do scan documents in the UK and securely upload the images for our agents to capture the data from the on screen image.

Absolutely, all of our team are committed to complete confidentiality and adhere to the data protection registrar and the official secrets act.

Yes, our security is second to none, both in terms of data processing and transferring and physical office security. We will create a bespoke secure FTP for all data transfers and for very sensitive projects, we usually carry these out at our Darlaston site, which is an ex bank and offers a high level of security including a walk in bomb proof vault, CCTV and bullet proof glass. Our other two site also offer a high level of security.
